My Story
My passion for bookkeeping began in my family’s gas station business in Highland, Indiana. While managing daily operations and overseeing the books, I pursued a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Human Resource Management at Purdue University. This gave me a firsthand understanding of the demands of small business management and the critical role of financial organization.
My Bookkeeping Journey
After 11 years in the gas station industry, I moved to Arizona and began a career in real estate in 1997. Over the next two decades, I juggled real estate and my passion for accounting, which eventually led to a turning point during the 2008 real estate crash. This challenging period inspired me to deepen my focus on bookkeeping, earning certifications as a Professional Bookkeeper and QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

In 2010, I founded Integrated Bookkeeping Services, LLC, combining my expertise in real estate and accounting to support small businesses. I continue to offer a unique blend of industry knowledge and practical financial solutions to help clients achieve clarity and control over their finances.
